Deliveries to the Balearics, whatever the weight, cost 12 € and will be delivered through CORREOS.
Deliveries to the Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla, whatever the weight, cost 12€ to be delivered through CORREOS. These deliveries may be subject to Customs and Excise duties and local taxes about which the local authorities will notify you and charge the final customer.
Deliveries to EU countries, whatever the weight, cost 25€.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Once your order has been placed and payment effected, we will give your parcel to our delivery company and notify you by email.
Provided that all products are in stock, 90% of mainland orders are delivered in a period of 48/72 hours to the customer’s address, though sometimes it may take longer.
For your information we would like to remind you that deliveries to the Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to Customs and Excise duties and local taxes about which the local authorities will notify you, and charge the client.
For the Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearics delivery takes 4-5 working days, not including Customs and Excise Controls.
Delivery time for the EU will be notified at the moment of purchase.
The Green Soho reserves the right to retain an order for reasons of security, in which case the customer will be notified. Orders may be cancelled if payment/delivery information cannot be verified.
All prices on the webpage include VAT. Prices for additional services such as transport also include tax
The Green Soho accepts payment by debit and credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and other national and international cards). To this effect, we use a safe payment system provided by La Caixa (Caixa Bank).
The Green Soho does not store card data nor any other payment data. When providing bank details, you will be using an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system and a secure connection between our website and the bank.
CANCELLATION, CHANGES AND REFUND POLICY
The Green Soho accepts the return of all orders and full refund of payment, provided delivery has not been effected. To cancel an order, contact The Green Soho directly at email@example.com
The Green Soho will refund any product which is new and has not been used. According to Ley 3/2014, which modifies Consumer and User legislation, the customer has 14 working days to exercise the right to cancel from the moment of delivery. The product should be returned in its packaging in the same conditions as it was sent. It must be in perfect condition and with its original packaging and any instruction leaflets or manuals. The customer must return the product by post (Post Office or SEUR), and is liable to pay postal costs. Once we receive the product and check it, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount, not including postal costs for which the customer is liable.
In the case of defective products, The Green Soho will exchange them immediately and pay for delivery costs, provided the product is available. In the latter case, a full refund will be given to the customer and The Green Soho will be liable for any costs.
Nevertheless, The Green Soho may apply exceptions to the right to cancellation according to article 103, Ley de Consumidores y Usuarios 3/2014 (Consumer and User Law).
Lastly, when a purchase or service is incorrectly debited to a credit or debit card, the consumer or user can claim immediate cancellation of the amount debited. In such cases, the corresponding debit/credit transactions between The Green Soho and customer/user accounts will be effected as quickly as possible.
However, if the purchase was really made by the card-holder, and the claim for refund was not due to cancellation, the consumer/user (card-holder) will be liable to pay damages to the company for the cancellation.
